We would be delighted to assist you host your next party, family occasion or special event at our Woodfield Lane pavilion in the heart of Ashtead village.

Our main pavilion is a purpose-built facility and can accommodate bookings mid-week or weekends and daytime or evening.

Due to our locality, close residential neighbourhood and licence to sell alcohol, the Club is not suitable for certain types of function such as teenage parties through to 21st birthday parties. Other than that we would be delighted to discuss your requirements.

We are delighted to be able to support local residents with other occasions such as wakes, afternoon teas and charity nights.

The clubhouse has wireless internet giving you the opportunity to connect to Bluetooth if you so wish.

Parsons Mead
Our pavilion at Parsons Mead is only available for regularly timetabled activities and classes that are sporting related due to the nature of the ground.
