Harsh Lesson for U9s v Teddington

After winning the toss and electing to bowl Ashtead bowled very tightly with wickets for Samuel, 2 for Ambar and 2 for Jack and also conceding only 12 extras, a great bowling performance. Teddington did still manage to post a total of 285 however through some well placed boundaries. A tough total but one we though possible to chase.....i think we will stop there....the boys found runs hard to come by and kept giving away their wicket...13 in total....can't win matches on that basis....looking forward to training and putting it right next time!!
