Treasurer and Bookkeeper

Dear Members...

The Club hugely appreciates all of those who volunteer for us. Without the time and effort that so many people in the Club give, we would not be able to operate.

We currently have two important volunteering opportunities at the Club and we are looking for two people to join our team of volunteers. Please do read through the details below and feel free to ring me for an informal chat if you would like to discuss any aspect of the role. There is a role description available for each position which gives more detail and I would be happy to email that to you if you are interested.

You may be wanting to gain more experience to aid your career, or you may be very experienced but have some time to spare to assist our Club which is diverse, expanding and progressive. Both roles have the potential to provide the following benefits for you.

  • Support a cause you care about.
  • Gain valuable experience in non-profit finance.
  • A flexible volunteering opportunity which fits into your schedule.
  • Working alongside colleagues in the Club and seeing first-hand the important role the Club plays in the Community.

If neither of these roles are for you but you know a member of your family or a friend who may be interested, then please do ask them to get in touch. We would really appreciate it. We are sure there are many members, friends and family who have the required skills and we would very much like to hear from them.
