Appointment of Women and Girls' Manager

Appointment of Women and Girls' Manager

The Club is delighted to announce the appointment of a new Women and Girl's Coaching Manager, Don Silcock. Don will work closely with the Club's Head Coach, Tom Deighton.

Don has been actively involved at the Club for a number of years and has been a huge part of the development of the Women and Girls’ section as it has grown over recent years. As a cricketer himself and the father of a keen cricketing teenage daughter at the Club, we felt he was the perfect candidate for the role.

Matt Homes, Director of Cricket at the Club, said "I have felt the need for someone to be a coaching lead for the Women and Girls' Section underneath Tom. Don has taken on the role formally and will be supported by me, Tom and the Women and Girls' Committee."

We wish Don every success in his new role within the coaching team at the Club.
