Dom Sibley leaves Surrey and starts his time as a Bear on loan from 4th August before move is permanent

Ashtead CC would like to congratulate Dom Sibley, our resident club pro who announced on Wednesday that he’ll be leaving Surrey at the end of the season to join Warwickshire, this has subsequently made a loan agreement from 4th August for the remainder of the 2017 season.

Dom has played all his club cricket at Ashtead and most recently helped Ashtead to secure a key win on Saturday over Reigate Priory in a rain affected game. He has played at Surrey for many years and started in the U9s gaining a full contract on his 18th birthday following his record breaking 200 for Surrey against Yorkshire.

Dom has been magnificent for both Ashtead and Surrey and we wish him luck with the next chapter in his cricketing career at Warwickshire and look forward to welcoming him back in Ashtead colours very soon.
